One of the key mechanisms used to gather information about local residents' concerns
was a questionnaire.
This was developed by a sub-committee during the summer of 2003 drawing on the comments, ideas and concerns raised at the initial meeting in Munsley WI Hall in February 2003.
These concerns fell into six main categories covering Highways, Transport, Housing and Development, Environment, Crime and Services.
Using software obtained from Herefordshire Council, the questionnaire was set up, reviewed and printed and was launched at a second meeting held at the Verzons Inn on Friday 24th October 2003.
This was very well attended, as can be seen in the photographs, and a large number of the questionnaires were distributed then. Volunteers distributed the remainder over the next few days. A total of 408 adult and 63 young persons questionnaires were distributed and by mid November over 50% of these had been returned (217 adult and 38 young persons).
There were two versions of the questionnaire: one for those aged 16 and over and a shorter one for under 16s.
The results of these questionnaires have now been analysed. A presentation of these findings is planned for May 14th at the Verzons Inn. All addresses in the parishes should have received a letter with details of this event, which is scheduled to begin at 7.00pm.

The letter accompanying each questionnaire was numbered and the numbers were entered in a prize draw.
The draw was carried out on December 8th and the winning numbers are:

If you have not already claimed your prize, please contact Ian Jones (see Steering Group page). We cannot contact you as the questionnaires are all anonymous and we have no way of finding out who had each number.
